i'm new on this site. when i'm using the btcminer, i can access it from 1 to 10usdt. but when it hit 15usdt, something happen. so when i try to withdraw from the in-app bitcoin miner. it says for authorized client only. tell me if i'm wrong. is it a MUST to deposit to get "authorized client" just to withdraw from their btc miner? me still learning about their trading option. so can't say too much about that.

El trastorno que estoy sufriendo desde hace días es inadmisible. Además llevo dias mandando correos intentando explicar la situación y tienen un robot que reenvía el mismo correo una y otra vez. Poniendo el mismo motivo falso de tener diferentes cuentas.... ya no se que hacer . Estoy desesperada
