Stormgain is Boiler room Scam. I have been on this platform so called app.stormgain.com almost for two years as a daily trader, time to time i observed that: the platform gets halted/error/freeze/ un-operational during your active order and causes liquidation of invested amount when get back operational. platform works tricky to liquidate order> auto increase works and manual increase does not so means one should risk all his funds in order to save or make some profits from a active order. indirectly prepare to lose all financial claims support are the master mind to cover up for the whole platform first of all no quick response , normally when responds to a claim, always declares that all the operations were normal during the time of order liquidation and even to proof related has been ignored, means clear knocking business. deposit of funds also is another tricky stuff, sometime to have to deposit twice in order to get your deposit bonus. the spread changes with massive difference once you get into a order from 30-40$ it can differentiate 300-400$ that only happens after opening the order. Support admin is the blind eye trick of the platform: she gets all the live error reported to her in group chat or direct message , she can convince you to be calm and asks to proceed with financial claim and from that very moment you start chasing the scam and gets nothing. i have many proofs of different issues occurred and cause loss of funds over all this time i lost about $25k and only once was refunded 108$. I had just made an account as per the advice of a friend. After submitting my email address and ticking the box agreeing to the processing of my personal details I receive a message saying that the email address is already registered with an account. Confused, I checked my email history to find zero evidence of any account made prior to this point. I attempted to log into the application only to receive the message: “Data sending error: client doesn’t have any funds in the account or your account has been blocked. Please contact our customer support”. I contacted customer services to receive help, but within seconds of sending my detailed email I received the following response: “Please note that your account is blocked. You have another active account in Stormgain, according to the Agreement, it is forbidden to have 2 active accounts for one client. Please use your first account, other ones will not be unblocked, also, you can not delete this account or register a new one once again. There will be no further discussion of your request.” Indicating that customer support did not read my email. I am now in a state of concern, as I had given my email address and phone number to this organisation that refuses to respond to the issue they have caused.

Una total estafa. Luego que llevas 2 o 3 semanas minando te cierran la cuenta alegando que tienes mas de una cuenta según los administradores del sitio y te cierran tu cuenta sin mas acá ni mas allá. No entren ni pierdan tiempo señores.
