They do not close accounts down when asked to. And they over charge even when you no longer need the service. I asked 3 times to close the account, in the end they said "we only just renewed it for six months, you will have to pay for another 6 months". So frustrated, I cancelled my bank card, so they no longer could draw on my bank account, at $89 Australian a fortnight. Now they are threatening to send me to the collectors, and I am threatening them with legal action.

I think it is too expensive for what the app offers. With other dating sites, you can see your messages but not necessarily be able to respond to the messages and that's okay but with this site, they remove your received messages. That's diabolical. I do not think it is good value at all and would not consider going premium.

Awful. Bad site, impossible to contact, registered outside UK, only way to cancel properly is changing your card, many victims out there in web forums. Complete shysters. AVOID.

I think it's better to date with different dating apps. I had a very bad experience with their expensive Premium Account. I paid but didn't get what they offer and you couldn't cancel it. Not a helpful service too.
