Shipping… i can’t review the product because I haven’t received it yet but I think they personally hand deliver the product by foot. Would love to be able to give a review of the product. So far it has taken 9 days to ship it 4 days to get from Virginia to West Virginia where the carrier must be taking a rest and detour. Wondering how much longer it will actually be before I receive my product.

I wish I could leave a review. I placed my order over a month ago and haven't received a thing. No email, no nothing. I replied to my order confirmation message this morning and got one back saying, "We can't seem to find any orders that correspond to this email address. " If they don't reply, I'll open a dispute with my credit card company. Jeez! it sure is hard to avoid web scams these days!

I just wanted to thank this site for warning me away from buying from this company. Thanks to all the reviewers.

Horrible customer service. My order for some reason was undeliverable and was returned. I have tried contacting them through text an email with no response. They have no phone number to call so I guess I'm just out 150 dollars.

I would give it a 0 if I could... Stop your wine-ing and do not disturb are the most disgusting things I have ever tasted! Tried 1 serving of each (at different times) and spit it out immediately. Looked at the return policy and it said that all sales are final..,.I would have never purchased this if I knew that upfront. Don't buy... just cut back on your wine!!!

This company should not be trusted. It is impossible to speak with anyone, and they charged me $153 in two weeks for three bottles of the same thing, even after I requested them to stop. I have since canceled their ability to remove funds anymore. BEWARE of the auto ship requirement!

If I could give these people less than one star, I would. I have cancelled auto-renew multiple times and they STILL keep taking money from my account and sending packages. And they're sending to the wrong address anyway. Even though before I cancelled, I updated my address and they actually sent product to the new address. I hate to make this accusation of any company, but given what I have been through with them on a regular basis, I have to conclude that they are operating a scam. They don't allow you to place one order. That you have no option other than signing up for a subscription should have been a huge red flag. They never alert you before taking money out of your account. They take money out of my account and a day later say they've done it. Every time, they have claimed this is a "glitch" in their system. I have a couple of other subscriptions and they always give a heads up before taking money and initiating an order. That these people wait until after the fact is ridiculous. They seem to be liars hoping people just won't go to the trouble of reversing the order and requesting a refund.

This stuff DOES NOT BLEND. I've tried everything and it's so gritty no matter what. The taste is also pretty bland or not good at all for some of them. Save your money.
