Disappointed with my experience
I was excited about using Apostrophe to try to clear some acne I’ve been experiencing between my eyebrows and on my chin. The doctor said it’s rosacea and prescribed medication to treat rosacea. I asked the doctor to confirm and for more information because I’m 99% sure I don’t have rosacea (I don’t have any redness, rashes, swollen blood vessels, puffiness, itching, etc.). I could not get a reply from the doctor, only a care coordinator would reply and said it was “acne rosacea”. But wouldn’t explain what that is? It felt like she was just using a umbrella term to ignore my concern. I don’t feel comfortable taking oral and topical medication for something that a doctor won’t even confirm I have. If you’re looking for a custom prescription for your acne, I would not recommend using Apostrophe. It speaks volumes that they don’t even ask you what you’re currently using for your skin.
