The app itself is easy. No fuss and direct to the point. The consultation was quick and fast turnaround time. Another thing that i liked was there was no hard selling of stuff. The only thing that got me disappointed was the delivery. I wanted the package to reach me yesterday. They could have sent my prescription to a pharmacy since i only needed my doxycycline, but had to wait for 4 days to arrive. Other than that, im a satisfied customer, had been with Them aince 2018.

They were quick and descriptive with the routine and products they gave me. Love how I can easily connect with someone and get an answer the next day or in a few hours. I haven’t tried the medicine yet, so therefore I cant give a full rating yet.

Ive always had hormonal acne but I’m getting older and am tired of trying to maintain it on my own with little to no relief. I Recently I just started on spirolactone and have been using with azelaic acid and tretoin creams through Apostrophe. It’s been almost a week and I’ve noticed all hell has broke lose on my face,however, my skin appears to be glowing. I even got a Compliment today that my skin was glowing which was exciting to hear. I don’t expect the acne to go away over night and I know it will take time for the acne to get better, I just have to be consistent and open minded about this new process. I really cannot wait to see how my prescriptions will improve acne down the road. I also would like to mention how easy it was to get treatment through Apostrophe. Everything was quick and simple which was great and received a prompt message from the provider in which she recommended what she thought I would benefit from. I would say I thought the processing of getting my meds took a bit longer than expected but I received my package on time. Also I noticed a lot of reviews talking about they have a hard time pumping out product. I too In the beginning had an issue with the bottles but thankfully I’ve been able to work fine after pumping it 50 times lol. Customer service has been great so far regarding all my questions. I can’t wait to see some more improvements in my skin and hopefully be close to acne free!

This was an easy way for me to get a prescription for a skin problem I've been having. I just sent a photo and got my Rx and then filled the Rx on the Apostrophe site. The Rx arrived in a timely way and was very nicely packaged and came in a nicely designed dispenser. A big step up from normal Rx packaging. The only drawback to my experience was too many follow up emails that became annoying. But overall I recommend this company and service.
