Easy to use, doctors were helpful and clear instructions and explanations provided. Shipping was quick and the packaging is charming and fun! Sadly though there’s a missing part for the pump on the container for the cream provided so the top needs to be twisted off to use the product instead of being able to use the pump

The product isn't bad. My acne has yet to go away, and still pops up frequently. The topical ointment and antibiotic, however, cause the pimples to dry up and disappear within a day or two. No more popping. But I also have red marks on my face from previous acne, that has yet to go away. I still have a long way to go before I'm done with my treatment, so hopefully by the end of it, I'll have a nice clear face.

The process was super easy and my medicine arrived really quickly! I got both topical and oral medications. The packaging is super cute but the pump on my topical medication doesn’t work. I’ve been having to use a pipet to get the medicine out and I’m afraid this could contaminate the medicine and make it less effective. I just received it yesterday and am planning on contacting customer support for help! I just saw apostrophes reply to my post and wanted to update! I know the type of packaging you use and tried to prime the pump before resorting to opening it up. I think there is just an issue with the seal in either the top or bottom of the container because the pump offers little to no resistance and the product doesn’t move upwards to indicate any vacuum is acting on the chamber! I really do appreciate the quick reply and the assistance offered but I don’t think it helped in this situation.

Hey Rebecca, we're so sorry to hear about your pump! Our packaging is an airless pump, so as you push down on the pump, a disc in the bottle rises to push the product out of the pump. The pump should be primed for you upon arrival, but sometimes you will need to prime the mechanism again. You should be able to pump a few more times until product begins being dispensed. Once you get 1 full pump of product, the vacuum should be secure. If you run into issues getting your pump to work, please feel free to reach out to our care team through your patient account - they'll be able to help you further :)
