They prescription they gave me was for a 21g tube they want to sell me for $25.00 each. I asked them to make the tube a 80g tube because I could buy that at Walmart for $1.98 for the first tube and $9.49 for each additional tube. They refuse to do that. They said "they do not sell that type of tube and therefor they will not change the tube size". So what I would say is do not use this company. They are only going to push the drugs that they stock and sell. That can not be the best medicine for you, just what they want to push. Beware

Placed my order on 3/19 and I am still waiting for a shipping confirmation on 3/27. I contacted the company and they told me orders should be received within 5-7 days from purchase. 🤔 They advertise that most order are shipped in 24-48 hours yet here I am with no product and no communication. There's not a pharmacy in this country that would think making a patient wait more than 48 hours to ship a script is reasonable. Edit... I am now expected to receive my RX on April 3rd via USPS after shipping on 3/28. Customer service told me, sorry for the inconvenience. That's it.

This company is a SCAM. Their treatments claim to be enough to last for 3 months, but you get one small bottle with a false bottom. The bottle is not filled from top to bottom. It has a hidden base about half way that you can't see unless you open it. They tell you not to open because they don't want you to know. After I complained about how they cheated me, they gave me a credit, which is useless, since they refused to treat me again for calling them out. Do Not Buy from this company. Once they get your money, they do not care about you! They are also rude!

Unfortunately I had issues with both the doctors and the customer service team. The former bumped up my prescription too early and did not share advice for how to handle the retinoid (my new dermatologist shared that this was very surprising). This resulted in a bad reaction with my eyes in which they were very red, swollen, and itchy (even though I was applying the product far from the orbital bone). I shared this with the customer service team and said that I didn’t know what to do since I wasn’t applying the product to my eyes. They responded repeatedly with “do not apply to the eye area.” It was evident that they were not listening to my issue, which is concerning considering they’re working with medications. I found better information on my own through Reddit, which clarified that the medication can cause issues with the eyes and eyelids. This was disconcerting. Overall not a good experience!

$75 for one small bottle that is suppose to last 3 months. I have been using Retin A .06% for decades with no issues, but recently discovered Retin A without insurance is $900 so tried Apostrophe. I mention my prior prescription level in the initial consult form. Believe I will get a similar product - nope. They don’t tell you what you are getting just “Tretinoin Formula” - they sent a .025% Tretinoin / 4% Niacinamide. My skin reacted badly, itching and burning. I use the buffering techniques my real derm taught me when I started Retin A and power through hoping my skin would adjust, using tiniest amount over a moisturizer layer. Finally the pump stopped working, 6 weeks in so I contacted their support. I asked Apostrophe if I could purchase a new bottle but just Tretinoin without Niacinamin - they told me since it had been more than a month, I would need another consultation to change my formula, turns out that’s another $20. Any real doctor would adjust your medication without making you pay again so soon - but a real doctor cares about the patient, not just their pocketbook. This is a sham. should have known better, it was ”easier” and cheaper than a good product for a reason. Now I’m left with skin looks much worse that before - damaged and more wrinkles.

Charges you $20 for a "doctor's visit" where they prescribe the same medication everyone else does at an insane markup. no way to preview the price, no refunds. what a scam, avoid. Taking $20 off a $240 bill for generic doxycycline and a basic face cream isn't good!

The bottle arrived with the nozzle not attached to anything so it’s impossible to get any cream out. It also came about half full. It is basically worthless since the opening is so small I can’t get anything out without the nozzle.

The Julius customer service sucks! Rude. I told them I have not received a package and he told me that that isnt their fault?? And no follow up since then
