Update: Since the previous review went live, Apostrophe has issued a refund for the sunscreen I never ordered. As a result I changed the review from 2-star to 4-star. Appreciate the good response. We should still be careful to check the order carefully to avoid the hassle. The consultation process is relatively straight-forward, and often you get credit (from consultation) that can be applied to prescription. What I ABSOLUTELY dislike, and think it is a bit dishonest, is they keep pushing for their sunscreen, which costs $27. I keep declining but this last time they managed to snuck it in my order. The only reason I use Apostrophe is to get the prescription medications - I have plenty of great sunscreens that suit my skin type and activities and there is no reason to pay for an over-priced sunscreen that I don't even like! Very dishonest. And stupid business practice. If they were more transparent, I would have stayed with them and keep purchasing for prescription medications. Now they made an extra $27 from me but I am going to switch to another service.

So far so good!! Just got my prescription in the mail and today is my second day taking them. Ready for my skin to be back to normal and glowing!

The package came fairly quick in the mail! I am pleased with the overall experience. The consult, instructions, etc. The only reason for 4 stars is because my topical formula says 1/2 a pump over my whole face and the formula is so dry and thin, it’s impossible to do 1/2 a pump for my whole face.

I have only been taking my meds for 3 days, I made the mistake of not eating or drink and did get very nauseous. But so far, I feel great, 3 days and no new acne has appeared anywhere on my body. It will take time for it to start going down, but as of now I’m very happy with the meds I have received and hope to see great results.

I received my treatment plan quickly and then my medicines arrived in the mail after just a few days. The medicines are attractively packaged, but the top of one of my treatments popped off immediately and the tretinoin was exposed to the air, so I am concerned that my medicine won’t be as effective. I also noticed that my spironolactone pills smell pretty strange, but I imagine this is just some kind of flavoring apostrophe chooses to add.

Got my prescription from apostrophe my journey has begun

I was in search of a Dermatologist and all of my local referrals had an extensive questionnaire before they would even consider giving me a phone consultation. I needed to start fixing my skin as soon as possible so the local option wasn’t feasible. I’ve hear of apostrophe and they DID NOT disappoint! The questionnaire was about 5 min and within 20 min I had a doctor and a prescription!! The shipping was fast also! Got my products in 3 days! Even when I had a question about my regimen for my doctor I had a response within a few hours! So although I’m on day 1 of my treatment of these products are anything like the service I’ve received I know my skin will be flawless in no time!
