The bottle came without a pump so I have to pull the medicine out manually

Hey Emily, so sorry for the issues with your pump. Our packaging is an airless pump, so it doesn't have a "stem or straw". As you push down on the pump, a disc in the bottle rises to push the product out of the pump. This is my third time getting products and I am so satisfied, but this time one of the product bottles was broken. It is the topical face cream and the pump doesn't work so I am having to find ways to get the ointment out of the bottle without it. I still love the products and the medication is great, but I wish the bottle wasn't broken.

The consultation online was quick and easy and my product came in at a reasonable time, but I really don't like the pump on my medication. I'm unsure if I have a defective pump bc it takes a while for the the product to come out.
