Pump bottle broke and half empty
Too soon to know whether products are working but when I received my topical cream the pump just kept expelling air for over 20 min of pumping when I took the top off it is already half empty and is supposed to last me 3 months. I paid $165 in total so I expected a better product and enough to last me the 3 weeks that was promised in the ad

Hey Kelsey, the amount of product in your topical treatment should last you 3 months of regular use. We're so sorry to hear about the issues with your pump! Our packaging is an airless pump, so as you push down on the pump, a disc in the bottle rises to push the product out of the pump.
