There was not enough product in the bottle at all. Especially not for a month supply. Good product just very small amount for $75

Skin is completely flaking and tight, extremely dried out, looks swollen and pink around dry parts . Was Using as directed, which is nightly. Now have to take a break for a few days as skin heals from severe drying

I started my treatment plan about 3 months ago. I am scheduled at the end of the month for a follow up but will be scheduling it sooner. My skin at first didn't really respond to the medication, no positive or negative side effects, so I figured I would give it more time. My skin has only gotten worse and that is why I am trying to make a follow up appointment sooner. I am super disappointed because I've seen several public figures that I follow promote Apostrophe and I had high hopes. I felt like the whole experience was not personal at all. I made a side comment to the dermatologist about what I specifically wanted to target when treating my skin and they completely disregarded it. I also thought it was impersonal due to the fact that the dermatologist doesn't ask what products you use on your face or have used (so they have no idea what works for you or what doesn't, and they also dont know if the products you're using will conflict with the treatment). I hope by giving it another chance that I will see some improvements.

I ordered 2 products that just came in. Both came in a pump bottle not a squeeze tube and one the pump was broken and I can not get any product out what so ever and can not even unscrew the top off, it is completely useless. I'm so very disappointed, especially for the price.

Only used one night and haven’t noticed a difference, but when I received the lotion the pump was broken. I have to coax it out of the bottle by taking the lid off. Maybe don’t use such cheap packaging that breaks so easily?

I used Apostrophe for a month and a half, I was prescribed a topical medication to apply daily. When I received this medication, I reach out to the care team saying that I had tried medications like this before and they only dried out my skin, I’d prefer an oral medication, and what cleanser they recommended using for overly sensitive skin. They completely ignored my message and basically sent back “do it anyway” but with fluffed up nicer language. I only used it regularly for the first week because, as mentioned, it dried my skin out completely, and even after two weeks of not using it, my skin is STILL dry and patchy. I gave regular text updates, but the only response was to keep at it. I switched to Curology, got a different medication and a dermatologist who listened, and after a week I’m already seeing massive differences. Save your money.

My past experience was good. I’m a repeat customer. This is my 4th order. The pills keep changing, but this time it wasn’t a minor difference - now they’re significantly larger, which makes them harder to swallow. The customer service was rude and tried to play off the difference. They told me to use pill splitters and wouldn’t acknowledge how inconvenient such inconsistency is for customers. They were focused on justifying themselves instead of customer satisfaction. Very poor customer service.
