Review of initial consult and shipping: Entered my details in the entry form and submitted photos. Evaluation was done within the given timeframe and medication prescribed. I completed the purchase of the prescription and waited for it's arrival. Shipping was delayed and I reached out to customer service would advise me that it was delayed about a day later. I received my medication in about 11 days.

I’m just starting this skin journey and really like the convinces and price of the consultation. I have been struggling with hormonal acne for a long time and tried some many acne products/acne kits but nothing seem to get it at least a little bit under control. This my first time trying an oral medication and I’m super excited. I really hopes this helps because I’m so tired of being frustrated with my skin problems.

After a recent rosacea flare that spread to my eyes, my eye doctor recommended seeing a dermatologist. However, the one on my insurance was not available until December, and I could not wait that long. I took to searching for dermatologists on the web and found this website. I have tried all sorts of topical treatments with very little success and was interested in trying oral medication. I input the information requested and received a treatment plan pretty quickly. The only negative thing I have to say is that the provider did not take my allergy list into account when she wrote my plan. I stated no azelaic acid (wheat-derivative and I am allergic to wheat) and no MetroGel (it dries my face out terribly). She prescribed both and told me there was nothing else that was available. However, the oral medication was available, and I bought that without buying the topical stuff. It's a shame I wasn't able to use my insurance for the cost, but it's a small price to pay for getting seen quicker.

I love that the process was so easy and private. I suffer from rosacea which is very difficult to deal with and lowers your self-esteem. The fact that I could do everything from my home and get my prescription was very convenient. The initial startup was expensive and it took a week to get my treatment but it will be worth it to see some progress!

I’m glad I did because nothing else worked for me, even after trying multiple in-office dermatologists.
