Took over a week to arrive. Only received the products yesterday, too early for a 1 week review

Love this medication has tremendously helped me with my hormonal acne journey. It can be very frustrating when your skin is clear one day and the next it’s irritated. I took this medication about 2 years ago and within 2-3 weeks I could tell a drastic difference with less breakouts. This medication will get your end result within 3 months.

I am trusting Apostrophe to help me improve my hormonal acne. I have used the product for a week and I am experiencing more breakout and that I am thinking my skin is just adjusting to the product.

It's been two months and I haven't seen significant results yet, could be haven't used it long enough, but also I'm starting to doubt the integrity of the product I received because my package and bottle were very hot to the touch after getting it out of my mailbox. One of the instructions that came with the package specifically states to store it at room temperature and avoid excess heat, so that got me worried because I live in FL and it's pretty much hot and humid from Apr to Oct. So I contacted the customer service team, they had several people trying to explain, one of them had me sending in a couple of pictures, and they deemed that it "should" be okay, another one said they test their products in room temperature but don't have any temperature controlled delivery method in place, and yet somehow the testing in room temperature is comparable to FL's 90+ degrees apparently, which I very much doubt. I suggested to at least have signature required for delivery so that at least it won't just sit in the mailbox, they said for that I'd have to contact USPS and might have to pay extra smh. The explanations just kept on getting cloudier from person to person, so I gave up. I personally will be skipping the summer months just to be safe.

I liked the website very detailed but the wait for the doctor appointment was way too long it it was a month wait before I heard from the doctor. The price was very expensive for the medication also $200 for everything. That was very disappointing as well. Fast delivery maybe 5 days in the mail. The cream is very fast drying not very spreadable. Waiting to see results cause I haven’t yet.

My regular dermatologist is difficult to see in person, so I’m very glad services like this exist. Overall though, I am disappointed by how many different creams and systemic hormonal pills I was instantly prescribed. Remember that this is a business and that using every suggested prescription is NOT a requirement for you skin to improve. Proceed with caution by seeking both clinical research AND anecdotal experiences for each prescription. “No evidence of [symptom]” does not mean the symptom does not exist, it simply means that that symptom hasn’t been observed formally. Make sure you listen to other people’s experiences on their real symptoms (even in the absence of clinical evidence) and weigh the risks before you decide to take something serious like oral Spironolactone.

It’s day 1 and I’ve been asked twice already for a review. I don’t notice any difference yet, but it hasn’t even been 24 hours.

Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. Negative experience, but customer service did get a refund issued prior to the end of the first day following request Cannot say it is a scam when so many note positive experiences, and the collective sense from reviews is that it is a legitimate service that could provide substantial help at an affordable cost for a majority or better of customer. Nevertheless, it had many of the hallmarks of what otherwise would seem like a scam. The initial signup did not well advertise that by agreeing to the terms the consumer was agreeing to recurrent payments (you have to notice on your own to avoid or cancel - fortunately I used PayPal and was able to do so). No valid phone number (listed is not answered). Response by email led back to website which was locked on a screen attempting to force me to go through with the order I had already cancelled. Buyer beware on at least these enumerated points, but again, I think had the signup and explanation been better, the service, I would have been much happier, and all available information suggests this is a legitimate service that can enable one to bypass the normal medical speciality care difficulties to obtain helpful products.
