Finally, when I threatened to contact the banks about fraud, someone else from the company contacted me. They dealt with the situation and sent me the document, but only after I threatened to contact the banks. After I got the documents, I asked them what happened and was told that it was dealt with internally. But if you do a quick search of Dennis Jones and apostille, you will find that he's got a record following him. I would advise anyone needing service that if they see his name associated with a company, that company hasn't done its due diligence, and you might get ripped off.
