Product idea is awesome, but the execution is bad.
The product idea is great, but the execution has been disappointing. We encountered serious reliability issues, including a completely broken permission system and multiple bugs that can cause data loss. These issues made it difficult to rely on the product with confidence, especially in a production environment. Support was also a challenge. It was hard to reach the team, responses often took days or weeks, and several important issues remained unresolved for months. The product has potential, but in its current state, it feels unfinished and not ready for production use.
