TERRIBLE!!
TERRIBLE!!! I only hive a one star review because I cannot give a negative 5 star review. I placed an order 7/22/26 for a generator maintenance kit. 5 weeks & 3 phone calls to cancel the order later, I still have nothing. My last call was 8/24/26. The rep told me the product WAS NOT AVAILABLE, yet I still have not gotten a refund. I NEVER got any updates that the product was delayed or not available. All I HAVE gotten is the run around. I filed a charge back dispute with my credit card company this morning. DO NOT waste your time or your money with this company!!!
