This is a so-called "Recovery Scam"
This is a so-called "Recovery Scam" . After scammers first try to swindle you out of money via fake crypto investments, they then try to scam you one more time via a so-called "forensic investigation firm" (like this fake ApexTrace ) by promising that they can recover your stolen crypto. Why this data is 100% falseFictitious address : The address Europaallee 43, 8004 Zurich does exist, but legitimate Swiss companies and banks (such as Google Switzerland and UBS) are located there. ApexTrace is absolutely not established there and is misusing this address purely to appear trustworthy.Illogical phone number : The number 46103371295(with country code +46) is a Swedish phone number. It is completely illogical for a company claiming to be located in Switzerland to use a Swedish number without the correct country code format.Impossible promise : Crypto sent to a scammer's own wallet cannot be "recovered" or "covered" by any commercial company. The blockchain is irreversible. Only official investigative agencies (such as the police or FIOD) can freeze crypto in very rare cases if it is sent to a known, regulated crypto exchange. Companies that promise to fix this for you always charge "fees" upfront and disappear as soon as you pay. What you need to doBreak all contact : Do not communicate with this domain and do not reply to the emails.Do not share documents : Do not give them a copy of your proof of identity, transaction history, or wallet details. Scammers use this information for identity fraud or to hack your other crypto accounts.Reporting : If you have actually lost crypto or money to this party (or a previous party), contact the police and your bank immediately.Europaallee 43, 8004 Zürich, SwitzerlandHave you already transferred money or cryptocurrency to this party, or have you had to install software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer on your computer?
