Scammers First response from them was they needed measurements of my vehicle in order to process my order. A windshield in my vehicle is the same size as every other vehicle of the same model. Imagine ordering from Weathertech and they demand you measure. So I just cancelled. NO. WE are custom making your screen. They cannnot refund because they already started building my custom sized, but they don't have measurements. This guy is a tool. Stay away. With other comments about added fees. Just don't. Give a scammer a new career and just stay clear.

Do not order from here if you are located in the EU! I ordered a small car accessory from Apex EV Labs for €20.80. On their checkout and order confirmation, it clearly states "Taxes: €0.00," leading you to believe everything is settled. When the package arrived in the Netherlands, it turned out Apex EV Labs does not use the IOSS system and failed to charge EU VAT at checkout. The result? PostNL held my package hostage and demanded an extra €13.99 in VAT and clearance fees at the door! That’s almost 70% on top of the original purchase price for a twenty-euro item. An international store should either have their tax system properly set up for EU customers or clearly warn buyers about unexpected import fees and handling charges beforehand. This is misleading and feels like a cheap bait-and-switch. I will never order from Apex EV Labs again!

I am 67 years old and in good health. I purchased a 3 month supply of Muscle Defense because I realize that supplements don't work overnight. The good news is that this product tase good and mixes well in water. The bad news is that I experienced absolutely zero results despite the claims made by the product makers. I won't even attempt to get my money back. Lesson learned the hard way for me, so hopefully you won't waste your money.

I tried to call and get their refund policy to return a product. First call I got hung up on, second call they tried to charge me $2.99 to proceed typical scammer response. Then was given a number to call which had nothing to do with returns only some TV promotion. I’m still with no information on a return policy. They have Dr. Tracy Gapin supposedly promoting this. The site does not have information how to return items. I’m sure this is a scam site that everyone should avoid.

I have tried to get anyone at Apex labs to reply to several emails over the last 30 days, but no luck. And I called the number provided and got a recorded message saying it's not in service. Needless to say I'm very disappointed so far.
