I KEEP GETTING MESSAGES ABOUT ITEMS TO BUY EVEN THOUGHT I'VE REPLIED "STOP" SEVERAL TIMES. MOMENTARILY, AFTER REPLYING I THEN GET A NOTICE MY REPLY "FAILED"! UPON GETTING SEVERAL OF THESE ON MESSAGE+, I NOW SEND MESSAGE+ A SPAM NOTIFICATION AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED - THE MESSAGES KEEP COMING! ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

They send me messages daily with free items that I ONLY need to pay S&H for.. funny thing is the shipping costs as much or more than the product. And on top it takes weeks to get arrive. If you’re paying $30+ for shipping something that weighs a couple pounds it should get to your place the next morning.

This company continues to send messages after I respond "stop". They're desperate and don't care about others privacy

My order was incomplete I tried to contact them by phone by email and now I'm trying this way. I will try Facebook next. I do not get any response in regards to the things missing from my order, hell I don't get any response. This is not my first time ordering this is the first time I've had a problem very disappointed in their response

Hydra pack & waterproof backpack cover Rated 4 out of 5 June 30, 2021 Ordered a few weeks ago. Finally shipped today. I understand be sure of the way things are in this covid19 world we live in. Shipping can be an issue. Just glad it’s on the way. It’s a gift for my son. He’s outside slot for work and running the trails. Will be awesome when I can hand over the hydra pack and waterproof backpack cover. Edward Gallardo

I was very disappointed with my recent order from Ape Survival (which I haven't received). After several communications with customer service, I believe this was my last order!. I am not interested in hearing any further lies from them. I initially contacted them to find out the delay on my order, only to discover that there wasn't even a tracking number assigned (this was 10 days after placing the order). The representative apologized and said she would initiate a follow up and give me a return call the following day... Guess what? Never received a call. Called again only to be supplied with excuses without any resolution. It's sad, because my opinion of the company in my previous orders was very favorable. How difficult is it to keep your web site current with availability and follow up with your customers if issues arise? You don't seem to have any problems accepting a customers payment (even before shipping their expected products) but service afterwards appears to be extremely difficult.

These people are so f***** up. $33 in shipping for a 2 lb package that's going to take 13 days from Englewood Colorado to ny. It's gone to Utah to Nevada back to Colorado to Connecticut then to North Carolina back to Connecticut then back to North Carolina and all they can tell me is once it leaves our wharehouse we don't have any control. Well you use FedEx SmartPost you have control over that and FedEx is shipping for my zone says that a 2 lb package should cost $10.80 and they're charging me 33.00f****** dollars suck my dick. Hopefully an ambitious AG somewhere slaps these people where it hurts.

Wow ... if I was in third or fourth grade, this MIGHT be a useful bag. It's tiny, overdone with giant zippers, and not useful to anyone adult-sized. Waste of money.
