Everytime we go through the process of trying to sign up for a tour or information, the realtor never get back to us or place for looking at gets printed out as we're talking to the people about setting up a tour. It's getting ridiculous and making trying to find somewhere to live more stressful than it already is

They only want to show glowing reviews not actual reviews from residents. Are they protecting the apartments who adverise on their website I definitely think so.
