I am a subscriber and have switched to AnyViewer. The program is good, but automatic updates should be enabled by default, without requiring user action. The resolution also needs to be fixed. Sometimes, the connection becomes slow. I'm not sure if this is due to a lack of servers in Brazil. I believe the product has the potential to become a market leader.

Schnell eingerichtet und läuft zuverlässig. Störend finde ich nur, dass die Software selbstständig offline geht. Auch die Anwendung über einen Mac ist nicht optimal. Die Darstellung ist nur in Form von Mobilgeräten am Mac möglich. FullScreen habe ich zumindest noch nicht hinbekommen.

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with the remote mouse pointer; often, I can't see it because it turns completely black with thin lines, blending in with elements on the remote screen. It's very complicated to work remotely with this seemingly minor problem, but it greatly affects my experience as it significantly increases my work time.

Hay un problema y es que en muchas ocasiones no se ve muy bien la pantalla o va muy lento. Ya he subido la velocidad de internet por si era por eso, pero no lo parece, también he puesto la pantalla a 30hz por si era eso, ya que automáticamente se pone a 60hz al conectar (cosa que estaría bien no tener que cambiar de manera manual cada vez que me conecto) y parece que mejora lo de la imagen pero de todos modos a veces no va tan bien. usamos Supremo y va mejor en este sentido pero no tiene lo de las dos pantallas como vosotros. Si lograseis tener mas estabilidad en la imagen y en el tiempo de respuesta sin duda cambiaria todo a anyviewer. Pero hay días que no es posible trabajar con este programa. A ver si con esta última actualización mejora.

Die Bildübertragung lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl beidseitig ein Glasfasernetz mit hoher Übertragungsrate besteht. Auch wenn man die beidseitigen Top Nvidia Grafikarten aktiviert, wird es nicht besser. Wir müssen CAD zeichnen und durch die verzögerte Übertragung ist das nicht gut möglich. Bitte daran arbeiten. (Wir kommen vom Teamviewer und sind uns besser Bildübertragung gewohnt)
