Absolutely useless. Does not work as specified, connections are lost or the image is crumbled. I gave up after a few days.

It worked for a couple of weeks and then it just stopped allowing us to connect all together.. Terrible for business.

The software is not secure. They sell Privacy feature for yearly plan, but this doesn't work. Each file I tried to transfer from MY computer, under MY account is visible on the remote black screen. And there is no way to turn it off. Not recommend.

WARNING: Only install this program if you are bored out of your gourd and have a few hours to kill. I was looking for a remote desktop program because my windows RDP wasn't connecting and ran across this one in some reviews. One thing that caught my eye was that it supported remote gaming, which was more than I need, but that was a plus so, fortunately, I was able to install the free versions. It took awhile to figure out how to set up and remote into the computer (couldn't find any guides) and thought I was set but the connection was really laggy as in click and wait. It's really a clunky process to try to navigate. As a further test, I tried to view a video and all I got was a black screen. I did have sound and could see the video in thumbnails but not full screen so I just chalked that up as 2 hours I'd never get back and I'd just uninstall it. Well, not so fast buckey! I couldn't just uninstall it because I got a warning that the program was in use. I closed the program and restarted the computer and tried again but got the same message. I checked Anyviewer's website and found the instructions there and tried to run the uninstaller in my programs folder, as they suggested, and got the same result. I would restart the computer and it would automatically run. I figured out how to delete it from starting up by going into CClleaner and getting rid of it there then it would not start when I restarted the computer and I could finally uninstall it. And then, I noticed that it was in my firewall and that was another fun process to get rid of it. With the 2nd computer, I was fortunate enough to have a restore point that I could fall back on.

About watching videos remotely—some sites and apps use anti-capture measures and image-scrambling, so remote tools can hit a snag; sorry you ran into that. This is probably the worst review what i have ever written. I bought 5 year plan from stacksocial.com. The reviews dont show up on stacksocial so AnyViewer must have hidden them, so need to warn people elsewhere. I have tried the product on PC laptop, iPad and MacBook Pro. The main problem is that the connection is not stable. Connection was also very slow. I have a server at home (minipc) with Windows 11 installed, so the computer is on 24/7. Home internet connection is 1000 MB / 1000 MB. I tested the connection at home before i left for the trip. It connected as it should. Problems started as soon as i tried to connect from my laptop to the home server while travelling (my internet connection was 400mb so fast enough). Home server is always on and AnyViewer app is opened but cant connect. I tried again later and then the connection worked. Then next day the connection did not work again. This is so frustrating. All devices had the same problems when i tried to contact the server. I had RemotePC before AnyViewer and it always worked. Never had a connection problems. Another problem is their customer service. I contacted (19.2.2025) customer service about this product not working. I have tried to solve the problem myself without success. I got answer from the customer services: ”We typically respond within 24 hours”. Now its 28.2.2025 so after 1 week and still no answer so they also have terrible customer service. I removed this product from all devices. I switched back to RemotePC. Everything is working again perfectly. I do not recommend this product under any circumstances. I feel cheated. Try RemotePC instead. That is at least a fully functional application. Easy to use. The first year is also cheap, less than $5.

Like the programme used by 99% of scammer your program is also impossible to remove - unlike team,viever that is intuitive and customer centric and removed in under 10 seconds your programme is like ALL you users = FRAUDULENT !!! shame you have to act in this manner

Couldn't login so it's useless. When I went to uninstall, it refused to stop and the uninstaller didn't work. I had to play cat and mouse deleting files and closing it in task manager while it reopened itself. Now i'm running a security check. Even deleting the damn account doesn't work.
