Do not buy this product. The protein powder is overpriced and has no taste. Horrible customer service also. I emailed the company and they do not respond. Try Jocko or Transparent Labs way better

They sent me a faulty product and refused to give a refund or replace it.

customer service has never responded to my many emails to them concerning an issue with my points/order. i have ordered their expensive whey protein isolate for years. my last order did not go through and was trying to use 5000 points i had acrued which equaled a discount of $50.00 off the total amount. so i never could get my points reinstated nor any comment from this company from all my contacts with them. i could not find a customer service number to call either. therefore i no longer will do business with this company again. there are better proteins on the market anyway for far less price. do yourself a favor and forget this company and quit making them rich.

I ordered their antler velvet over a year ago and never received the order. I emailed customer service a few times but they never responded. I’m still disputing the charge with my credit card company to this moment because they keep countering my dispute, they have time to respond to the credit card company dispute, but not my emails about the order!!
