terrible customer service now
the good agent man is now in commercial. i cannot get quotes from these women agents, bad attitudes, takes months, gobbs of emails. terrible customer service now, do not seem to understand simple english. takes forever to get a simple vehicle quote. i am changing agent companies asap. i dont need to be treated like this by people i am paying.
