My first set of glasses I got I couldn’t even see out of so I gave them a little star rating and said this on my review of their process and product. I was very disappointed in them and I made sure they knew it. Upon writing that review, I was contacted by them and they redid my glasses got them out to me to my new address in a different state and worked with me to make sure they were good enough that I could see out of and they fit good. I now give them a five star! They’re still reaching out to me to make sure everything is good with my glasses. They were quite pleasant to work with. They sent me out new glasses with a new prescription at no cost and upgraded my frames. Very happy with him.!!!!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and didn't realize it until the glasses arrived. Anrri staff help me reorder the correct glasses. I was able to keep the extra as well. The frames and lenses are exactly what I wanted.

Having the ability to customize the glasses to fit my needs is awesome. The packaging was secure and came with detail instructions. The case for the glasses are also cool. The glasses do a great job of blocking excessive lighting and they are also light weight. I am very satisfied with the purchase

Great customer service. When a pair did not fit correctly they immediately sent out another to replace it. The pair I received fit well and are extremely lightweight.

Great classes & great customer service!! Shipping was a bit longer than anticipated, but I did get Rx glasses, so understandable.
