Had I Known I would have never bought a thing
I was shopping online for a pair of snow goggles and came across anonoptics.com. Found the perfect pair, I specifically loved the color of the lenses. I bought them on the spot and was so excited to get them. When I received them in the mail the lens color looked nothing like what was advertised (which is anon's fault, not shopatron i will admit). I put them on to see if I may possibly like them, and hated them instantly. Put them back in the box the exact way I found them and processed my return the next day. I waited and waited to hear back from shopatron. The package was due to be delivered Thursday. Didn't hear anything on Friday, or Saturday.. So i emailed on Sunday asking if my order was ever received. Finally I got a reply Monday night. The man who emailed me was rude and told me that I must have worn the goggles because they were scratched and that I would be deducted 25$ from my return to replace the lenses. I told him that I did no such thing, I shipped them the exact way they were shipped to me and that there was no way I was paying 25$ for something I didn't do. I heard nothing back from him. I called Anon customer service line to explain and got a girl who directed me right back to Shopatron (oh Joy!). I called their customer service and they told me they were waiting on pictures and that I needed to file a claim with USPS. At this rate I feel like there's nothing I can do and I will be charged money for goggles that I didn't like and that I didn't damage. I am just so dissatisfied with both companies for their lack of regard towards their customer. Had I known about this 3rd party company I would have never bought from Anonoptics.com because obviously looking at reviews Shopatron is poorly rated and now I know why. Im not one to complain to talk badly about companies but this incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. In turn I just hope that this review helps you to not buy from companies who use shopatron to ship their items.
