Hard pass on recommending
A lot of money, a long wait for an appointment, she was late to the appointment on the day, didn't provide the recording that would come "next week" (this was 5 months ago). The "assistant" doesn't seem to know what her job is, can't provide answers to emails or help in any way. Red flags all over the place - avoid this place.
