Ankura are not people of their word
Very disappointing experience. Untrustworthy. Not people of their word. We relied on a phone confirmation from a senior representative... director level. Australian Based. That a remittance would be sent through, but it was not provided as discussed. We then had to follow up again, despite the matter already being raised and payment still being outstanding. Now they are dodging calls and not emails responded to or call backs. A huge lack of professionalism. For a firm of this nature, I expected better communication, clearer ownership, and timely action. You would think that a firm like Ankura would be people of thier word. Aviod dealing with them like the plague.
