ITS A SCAM!!
ITS A SCAM!!! On May 07, 2026, me and my team produced and shared a logo we wanted to be created. First of all, they could not provide us with a proper logo. We gave specific instructions to the details of design and it felt like we were talking to a one year old. They never got any of the designs correct. Second, it took about 7-10 days period design. And it always took two days to respond. Then someone called and spoke on the phone for 55 minutes about nothing trying to get our services. After a week, we went ahead and purchased a $1500.00 (one thousand five hundred dollar) package and the finishing products were horrible. It was like they we using a low budget CHATGPT and didn’t care. After four weeks, we decided to move on and wanted our money back. That was in June. It is September 3, 2026 and we are still in limbo of trying to get a percentage of our money back. As they were not willing to give anything back because they stated they were trying to get us what we wanted. This whole set is was a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
