The experience with Animawings is poor. There is no other word to explain the frustration trying to have the refund back to my account following the flight cancelaltion feom Animawings side. Since almost 4 months I am trying to r3cover the amount due and the answer is only that they will transmit to the financial department to urgentate. After 20 phone calls and more than 100 emails the only answer is as per above. It is frustrating.

Delay 2:35 hours, poor communication! This experience did not deserve a one-star rating!

I purchased a flight Prague -> Bucharest for 8 pm and after purchasing they immediately changed my flight to 10:20 pm which is too late for me. After few days of emails and calls they finally wrote me I wont be compensated as delay is not 3 hours. But I wouldnt even call it delay rather the scam as they are still offering flights at 8 pm on their websites. I needed to book another ticket and pay extra money. If you dont want to repeat my mistake, avoid this company.

Nous avons payé pour du business et on an est retrouvé sans accès au slain business car situé dans un autre terminal et dans l avion que de sièges écho , just le privilège d être devant … cette compagnie et une grosse arnaque

Stranded in a hotel lobby because of this joke of an airline company. They shouldn't be allowed to operate flights anymore, cuz they lack the professionalism. Six hours flight delay. I will ask for compensation! Avoid this Animapigs company! Later edit. The delay is 24 hours now ... The worst company ever existed! Never again with these scammers!

Zbor Bucuresti -Bodrum, ora 6.45 autobuzul ne duce catre un avion, avionul inchis, asteptam 15minute, ne duce apoi catre alt avion, urcam asteptam 45minute si ne da jos datorita problemelor tehnice ale avionului! Atitudinea : ca niste bagaje, dati va jos, va ducem inapoi in aeroport! Nota 2 pentru aceasta experienta!

Every time the flight from Iași to Bucharest it s delayed because of a problem with the aircraft , also they didn’t let me stay on my seat near emergency exit because i had an elastic band on the ankle and they said i couldn’t help in case of emergency , i guess nobody staying there it s more helpfull then someone with a small problem , no empathy , no compassion for humans from the crew after i explain them it s not a such a big problem with my leg and i could help in case of a problem and also need it to keep my leg extended
