I’m referring to A2 4271 flight from Antalya to Bucharest. Negative aspects: late departure by aprox 1.30h, flight in cooperation with Dan Air, operated by a very old aircraft, which vibrated frequently during flight, upon landing, there was excessive vibration in the storage area. The seats were stained, and the carpet was torn. Upon arrival, there was a long wait on board the aircraft for the evacuation stairs to arrive. Positive aspects: cabin crew attitude. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH DAN AIR or ANIMAWINGS AND DAN AIR!

Extremely disappointing experience with AnimaWings. Our A2 616 flight from Bucharest to Rotterdam on 28 August 2026 was cancelled while we were already at the airport. We received the official cancellation notification only at 18:17, after we had arrived at the airport and completed the necessary formalities. The cancellation itself was not the worst part. The real problem was the lack of assistance and any rerouting solution. We were not offered an alternative flight to Rotterdam or even to another airport in the Netherlands, or the region, despite explicitly requesting rerouting at the earliest opportunity, including on another airline. We tried to contact the AnimaWings Call Center immediately after the cancellation but were unable to reach an operator. We then submitted our rerouting request in writing. With no practical solution provided by the airline, we were left to find alternatives ourselves, resulting in significant additional costs and disruption to our entire trip. Flight cancellations can happen. What really matters is how an airline treats its passengers when they do. Passengers should not be left at the airport without clear information, proper assistance or a realistic alternative to reach their destination. We have now submitted a formal complaint to AnimaWings and hope that the company will handle it properly and significantly improve the way it assists passengers when flights are cancelled.

We were warned way too early that our plane has been delayed by a 4 entire hours, i would NEVER trust this company ever again because of what happened after that as well.

Absolute disaster. Not only was the plane an hour late but right now we don’t know whether we’re gonna actually board or not, f this airline. I’d rather fly Tarom, and Tarom sucks ass. Absolute mess.

Awful airline. They cancel the flight for no reason, and then, if you booked through an agency, you need to go through the agency to request refund, wait in line and so on so forth, and for booking on another flight, which they already accommodated you on, they ask for a HUGE price difference. I would not recommend using this airline EVER!

SCAM! A fuir!!!Mon vol a été annulé 3 semaines avant les vacances pour “des raisons opérationnelles”, j ai dû acheter un autre vol deux fois plus cher et j ai pas été remboursé la totalité des frais car c était des fraies non remboursables. A fuir!!!

Am avut un zbor catre Strasbourg platit pe 31 Iulie pentru 14 Decembrie...si mi l-au anulat. Si nu doar pe al meu, vad ca au disparut toate zborurile pentru acea destinatie in perioada iernii 2026-2027 :)) Era singura companie care oferea zbor direct pentru destinatia respectiva. Pacat. Dar e bine totusi ca au anulat cu cateva luni inainte si am avut timp sa gasesc o alternativa. Acu' sa vedem cat de rapid imi primesc banii inapoi.
