I didn't receive my shipment, which should have been delivered to Unit 7080 Box 37 DPO, AE 09467 Instead, I see via tracking that it was delivered to zip 09824.

Bought new band for Apple ultra and it broke while I was taking the clear wrap off. If that is the quality of your products then I will never shop with you again.

Hello Michael, all products do receive a 1 year warranty. Although we do a visual inspection for each product before shipment to ensure quality, we aren't able to catch all defects. Please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the damage of your band and we can file your warranty for a free replacement!
