Shipping took 13 days, never received response from email inquiry
Purchased earring on 3/30/26 and was delivered on 4/12/26. Paid $6.99 for shipping, too much for 1 pair of earrings that weigh ounces! I really wanted the earrings. The first notification regarding my order was shipped on 4/2/26 from Carlstadt, NJ and stayed there until 4/6/26 before moving on. I checked the weather and it was cloudy, rainy and temps from 50’s to high 60’s. So the issue was not the weather. There wasn’t an update from the delivery service by 4/13/26 so I sent an email to customer support listed on website. As of 4/19/26 I haven’t received a response. The earrings arrived in good condition and were packaged to prevent any damage.

I have been trying to reach the company to make an exchange and havent received a reply. Awful customer service.
