AVOID AVOID!! I bought this dress based on their returns policy. They offer a full refund, which is very rare. I thought great, no problem I can return a $150 dress if it's not right. I emailed to return the item as the quality was terrible and they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the dress or return the item for a full refund, which the customer is to pay for the return. That's fine. They don't state on their website the return location is China. Shipping cost $40 to return. I shipped the return with Aus post. After 2 months Auspost said the item is with customs in China and the company have been informed they need to pay customs. I contacted Heidi at Andreas Oriano and she said they do not pay custom fees. I asked them to deduct the fee from the refundable amount but she said this is not possible and any fees or arrangements with Customs is down to the Sender (even though customs can only be paid and contacted in that Country). Long-story short - if you purchase an item on the basis they refund customers, that is INCORRECT. AVOID AVOID!

If I could give less stars, I would. Purchased 2 different dresses on 9/8/26. Tripled checked it was not coming from overseas just to make sure if I had to return it will be state-side and I wouldn't mind shipping charges within the US. Arrived quickly. What arrived I can only describe as potato sacks. Material is worse than what walmart would sell. size not as described. contacted their return dept and they require you put it on and take a pic or you cant initiate a return. I refused and put it on a chair and took pic. Then they said it would need to be returned to CHINA, ultimately costing almost as much as the entire dress. Not only does the fabric feel like a plastic garbage bag, the other one like a potato sack, (so quality is bad), but to defraud people by not listing on their site that returns are out of country - I believe its intentionally left out - so then their customer service is horrible to deal with, since they have no "care" in customer care.

completely wrong size. i ordered an XS dress and they sent me a large. also the dress looks nothing like the picture it looks and feels like an old rag. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing anything from this store. I never received my package, and when I asked for assistance, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. I paid $156 for nothing—no dresses, no support, no replacements. They were incredibly dismissive and would not provide a phone number or another person to speak with about the matter. I will absolutely never purchase from this website again.

Do not spend your money on this site, it is a complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything but I was fooled by the appearance of quality on the website. The dress I ordered for about $100 arrived looking like it wasn’t worth $20, and even the style was different. I bought it for a wedding and I couldn’t be caught dead in it so I had to quickly scramble to buy something else. I wrote for a return with a refund and was told I could get a 100% refund, I just need to pay $50 bucks to ship it back, half of what I paid for it. Otherwise I could get 15% back or choose another item to be sent to me, without returning the first one. So I chose to have another item which was equal “value “. When it arrived, it was another knockoff piece, I had just chosen something that at least was wearable if I didn’t expect too much. I felt like I sent them $100 and they sent me back two $10 bargain basement items that they had falsely advertised. Please don’t be taken in by their website, they did a great job on it to sucker people. I would give zero stars if that was an option, I can’t stress enough what a ripoff it is.

My experience with Andreas Oriano has been extremely disappointing. I ordered two Annunziata dresses in Gold in sizes XS and S, but received sizes L and XL instead. I contacted customer support and provided photographs and videos documenting the mistake. I was offered a one-time complimentary replacement, which I appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, the replacement order arrived incorrectly sized as well. I again received sizes XL and L instead of the XS and S I had originally ordered. Despite the replacement being incorrectly fulfilled, customer support treated it as though the issue had already been resolved simply because a replacement order had been processed. I explained that I had still never received the sizes I paid for and requested a full refund. I also specifically asked for the matter to be escalated to management. To make matters worse, I placed another separate order for the same dresses, and the exact same problem happened again. At this point, this is no longer a one-time mistake but a repeated issue across multiple orders. What has been particularly frustrating is having to spend so much time documenting these errors, sending emails, and trying to obtain a reasonable resolution. I followed the company’s process, provided evidence, and gave customer support multiple opportunities to resolve the situation fairly. My follow-up email requesting management intervention has also gone unanswered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to repeatedly deal with the same fulfillment errors or struggle to obtain a refund for items that were not supplied in the sizes ordered. Based on my personal experience, I am extremely disappointed with both the repeated order fulfillment issues and the way my complaint has been handled. I expected better quality control, communication, and customer service. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in this company. After multiple fulfillment errors and unanswered attempts to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend Andreas Oriano. Customers deserve to receive the items they actually ordered and to be treated fairly when something goes wrong. I would strongly encourage others to exercise caution before purchasing.

Terrible Customer Service and Zero Accountability I am extremely disappointed with both the quality control and customer service from this company. I ordered a dress in a size Small for a wedding I am in this weekend. Instead, they sent me a size Large. I contacted customer service, provided photographic evidence that they had sent the wrong size, and went through the process of getting a replacement. When the replacement arrived, THEY SENT ME ANOTHER SIZE LARGE. At this point, the company had made the exact same mistake TWICE, despite having photographic proof of the original error and knowing that this was a time-sensitive purchase. What is even more unbelievable is their response. Rather than taking accountability and correcting their mistake, customer service informed me that their policy only allows for a one-time complimentary replacement and that they would not issue another replacement, return, or refund. Let me be clear: I did not request a replacement because I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size. I requested a replacement because THEY FAILED TO SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR. TWICE. How can a company justify refusing a refund or resolution when they have never actually fulfilled the original order correctly? I am now days away from a wedding, without the dress I ordered, after giving this company multiple opportunities to make things right. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But what separates a reputable company from a terrible one is how they handle those mistakes. Hiding behind a policy when your own fulfillment team repeatedly sends the wrong product is not customer service. It’s a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company, especially for an important event. Based on my experience, even when the company makes the mistake, you may be left paying for it. I would never order from them again.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Total front for a chop shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Quality is terrible and completely sheer.
