It is refreshing to have a great experience with a company when an issue comes up. We purchased a box that had a chip in one of the bowls. I contacted the company and they are shipping a new bowl. But what really surprised me is they are shipping me new lids for an older purchase that is out of warranty as a one time courtesy. Now that's a company I can recommend.
