I've tried several automation services, and while this one does the job, it's not without its flaws. They manage order processing, handle customer inquiries, and keep track of multiple online accounts, which is a big help. However, there have been occasional delays and some communication gaps, though, to be fair, it's possible that the lack of communication on my end contributed to some of the issues. They are solid, overall, but I think they have the potential to become one of the best service providers in this business.
