Update (Oct 2026): They replied. The record answers.
AMZ Automaters replied to my review on September 30, 2026, suggesting I might be "a competitor making false claims" and that their attorney found "no record" of my complaint. I am not a competitor. I am their client: I signed a contract with AMZ Automaters and paid $33,852 for a Shopify store and inventory, including payments their project manager directed to Sky 2C Freight ($17,356), HUNZAA LLC, and CHHOTA ENTERPRISES. The inventory never arrived, and the store they operated took customers' money for orders that were never delivered and never refunded — documented, and supplemented to the Texas Attorney General on October 17, 2026. My filings are public record: Texas AG TCP-065234, FTC, FBI IC3, Houston Police Incident 1234370-26. I will not send my documentation to the company that took the money — it is with the authorities, where it belongs. I am still owed a $33,052 refund.

Hey , I believe there may have been some misunderstanding. It also appears that this could be a competitor making false claims about our company. We have also checked the complaint number you mentioned with our attorney, and there is no record of any such complaint. If you have any official documentation or further details regarding the claim, please feel free to share them with us so we can look into the matter properly.
