⭐ 1/5 — Paid $3,000, got broken promises, $60 in profit, and a refund that never comes We signed with Amzaces in May for their wholesale Amazon FBA program. We paid $3,000 upfront. They promised 15% profit margins and 20%+ ROI. We got nowhere close. Here is what actually happened: - Their first batch of brands was so bad they had to replace it before we even placed an order. The sales and revenue figures they sent for the first brand were wrong. We pointed that out, and they still presented it as a viable opportunity. - It took their team a full month to get the Letter of Authorization. For that entire month our account could not operate. That time was simply lost. - Before we started, we told them the Buy Box was sitting below the prices in their own sheet and that we would not be able to sell at those prices. They assured us we would win the Buy Box. We did not. Today two products have zero sales and inventory is just sitting there. The rest are selling below the prices they projected. - Prices on our listings are being lowered, and their team says they are not the ones doing it. We haven't touched them either. Nobody at Amzaces can explain who is changing prices on our own account. - The result so far: roughly $60–70 in total profit on a $3,000 investment. When we raised all of this, their response was that it was our job to write down everything they promised in the meeting. In other words, the promises only count if the client documents them. So we asked for a refund. Amzaces has delayed it again and again. Every follow-up gets another excuse and another wait. They were quick to take our $3,000 and have been in no hurry since.
