AMT Coffee at Hammersmith Hospital is officially the most worst coffee chain on the face of the planet. Today (Friday 21st November 2025), I asked for a cup of hot chocolate. Instead, I was served a cup of ice cubes which was not what I had asked for. It was freezing cold today and I have no heating + no hot water at home. Why the hell would I want a cup of ice cubes???? I am sick and tired of very stupid people who can't understand plain English. How difficult is it to understand a request for some hot chocolate????? The other day (camnot recall exactly when), I purchased a couple of four cheese and onion toasties which are so very delicious when served very hot. Instead, I was served them stone cold. I am never ever buying anything from AMT Coffee ever again. No-one at AMT Coffee seems to care about customer service one bit at all.
