I would strongly caution anyone against buying products from AMP/Volt. In my experience, they do not stand behind their products. I have submitted return authorizations and repair claims more than a handful of times, and they have not resolved the issues. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, their warranty has been useless. I have instructed my office staff to stop purchasing supplies from AMP/Volt. I would not recommend their products.
