Unauthorized charges despite canceling subscription...
My experience with this audio editing platform has been very disappointing. I canceled my subscription during the trial period, but they started charging me the monthly fee anyway without my authorization. Since March, I have been sending at least two emails per month to resolve this issue. Despite receiving confirmation that my payment plan had been removed, the monthly charges on my credit card have continued. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for users. I do not recommend this platform if you’re looking for reliable and ethical service. Make sure to monitor your bank statements carefully if you decide to try it.
