I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm just annoyed by this experience. I wish I had looked them up before ordering online. they quality of the romper I bought (advertised like crazy on Instagram) was complete crap. I tried to return... they wanted me to take pictures of the damaged item. Said it wasn't damaged, it was just poor quality, and I don't want it. Said that since they didn't send a damage good, they would not send me the refund address. Crazy.

This jumpsuit is a ridiculous design, I ordered a size medium and it certainly looks like a good fit if I hold it up against my body. The problem is, - the only way to get in is through an 8 inch neck hole!!! No zipper, buttons or snaps and the material is NOT a stretchy cotton as advertised, its a crappy nylon. Save your money. So far, they are not issuing a refund.

Same as everyone, I have ordered two jumpsuits, and received the items that were much too small and of poor quality. I emailed the customer service to get a refund and just they just told me to give them to someone else. Don’t buy anything. It’s a scam.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering my jumpsuits. They gave me such a good deal, so I bought two!! Of course, they came (too late for me to use on my cruise) and were such poor quality and not as described on the site....AND too small. When I asked about an exchange or refund, they apologized and suggested that I give them as gifts to someone else. OMG!! I wouldn't give such a low quality gift. LOL!! Lesson learned...DO NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

I agree with everyone else on here. My order bore no resemblance to what I was expecting. The pictures and reviews are from the Spanx website!! I was offered a refund of $5 and told to give it away!! Appalling customer service and a complete scam. My reviews have been taken down within seconds!!

I wish I could give 0 starts this company is 100% a scam. What ever jumpsuit they use in their advertising is not the product they sell. I ordered 2 sizes and could not get wither past my knees and the material is the worst type of cheap polyester in the world. Customer service is terrible and will not do anything to help. They told me that since they sent me the correct items that they could not refund me. Do not buy from them!!!!!
