Good transaction, item arrived in time and in perfect condition. Shipping time was projected on the checkout page as 1 day faster than it actually was (and then for 1 day slower, as per USPS tracking info) but it worked out.

Overall the products were great and the quick delivery was right on time. However, a few things made me not give 5 stars. 1st of all if you say you will be calling the customer back please do so. Lastly when a customer is trying to explain what happened let them do that. Do not assume they are calling you about something you have handled before, every situation is not the same. I spoke with a guy about my order and he cut me off and insisted I did my order incorrectly. I kindly waited and let him speak and when he finished I said ok now let me explain what happened because that was not it. After my story all he could say was oh and put me on hold. Thankfully he put someone on the phone that knew what I was talking about.

Products shipped fast

The only reason why I’m not giving a 5 star is because my merchandise ended up getting bent and now has creases that are very visible and I paid more for shipping then the actual merchandise.. Other than that great product.

I was super happy with how fast the order arrived but the only thing that was disappointing was that the clap board we ordered was damaged upon arrival. Aside from that we were very happy with everything else.

I ordered the grass mat and was disappointed. The product did not match the picture of what I was expecting to get. Other than this I was pleased with the other products I have received in the past. Thanks, Pam

I loved everything just wish the small baskets with lids would have been packed with more care. They lost their shape and one was very hard to close.

I was very happy with the timeliness in which our order arrived, even though the shipping cost was steeper that expected. I know that they are coming from Mexico but most of the Maracas that we ordered had scratches on the paint.
