Interesting approach to customer service. FedEx failed to deliver my order multiple times, with the delivery date being pushed back day after day. Amolep’s response was to blame my address, despite it being correct and despite FedEx confirming it was correct after I contacted them myself and had it checked. Apparently when their delivery partner fails, the customer gets blamed instead. Rude, dismissive and unhelpful throughout. If I could give zero stars, I would. UPDATE: The shirt has finally arrived. A week late. Not at my house, but after 35 messages between FedEx and Amolep, four days of waiting in until late evening for deliveries that never arrived, and having to meet the driver at a petrol station around 3km from my home. The irony is that the address was repeatedly blamed throughout the process, despite FedEx confirming it was correct, and email proof of this confirmation being sent to amolep. The shirt was ordered specifically for the Portugal and England fixtures. Because of the delays, I missed the first of the three match days I bought it for. While the delivery failures were largely FedEx’s responsibility, Amolep repeatedly told me it was my problem to resolve as the recipient, leaving me stuck in a circular argument between retailer and courier that I never asked to be part of. Despite the failed deliveries, wasted time, additional travel and ultimately having to collect the parcel away from my address, there has still been no offer to refund the delivery charge. I now have the shirt, but I cannot honestly say I received acceptable customer service. Delivery is part of the product people pay for, and in this case I was specifically charged extra for. When it goes wrong, passing the problem to the customer is not customer service. Sending me a screenshot of the distribution centre, 45 minutes drive away, and suggesting that I drive there myself and pick it up is not what I’d call engaging with FedEx and the customer to come to a resolution…this was the sort of attitude I was met with. Let’s not forget threats of legal action for my initial review also! People can draw their own conclusions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. For clarity, throughout the delivery process we remained actively engaged in assisting with the shipment. Based on the tracking information provided directly by FedEx, the shipment was repeatedly flagged with address-related delivery exceptions. As a result, we asked that you coordinate with FedEx locally while we simultaneously contacted FedEx from our side to help facilitate successful delivery. At no point was our intention to blame you or dismiss your concerns. We communicated the information that was being provided to us by the courier and worked to obtain updates and assistance from FedEx throughout the process. As the sender, our visibility into a shipment is limited to the information supplied by the carrier. When discrepancies arise between tracking information and subsequent communications, we can only act on the information available to us at the time while continuing to seek clarification from the courier. We are pleased that your combo jersey has been delivered and appreciate the time and effort you invested in communicating with both FedEx and our support team during the process. We value all customer feedback and continuously review our procedures and courier partnerships to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. — The Amolep Team

Avoid at all costs! The shirts are cheap crap that you buy at local markets!! When the shirt arrived the badges were printed on wonky so they didn't even line up? I contacted them via email for a refund & an address to send the shirt back but the guy "mo" straight away got on whatsapp to argue with me. He made every excuse under the sun to try put off the refund & then in the end he just outright refused! I have never experienced this before as usually if you're not happy with a product you have every right to send it back & get a refund. The badges were printed on & they haven't even got the mental capacity to line them up straight?!! I sent pictures as proof & the guy just kept making excuses! In the end the guy just blocked me like the pathetic child he is! Pussy!
