I was contacted by Ray from Ammo.com after FedEx marked my package delivered—to the wrong house. This wasn’t Ammo.com’s fault, but Ray immediately offered to ship a replacement ASAP so I’d have what I needed for an upcoming Alaska trip (not easy to source locally here in Alabama). As a small business owner, I know replacements aren’t free—they chose to do the right thing anyway. What really impressed me: Ray happened to be calling from a city away, which gave the whole interaction a local, human feel despite being an online order. Their shipping was lightning fast—my original order arrived next day after it left their warehouse; the only failure was FedEx misdelivering it. I ultimately tracked the package down (no thanks to FedEx) at a nearby address; they admitted they had it inside and returned it. I let Ray know there was no need to send a replacement, but the offer alone earned my repeat business. They didn’t know I run a large (non-gun) channel; they helped because it’s how they treat customers. Bottom line: Fast shipping, proactive communication, and real accountability. Ammo.com did everything right—and then some. Five stars.

Just ordered 100 rounds of .30-06 ammo for the first time. I had to send in a picture of my ID to verify my age to their compliance department. I used their websites compliance upload and it couldn’t have been any easier. This was a Sunday evening and first thing Monday I was approved and my order shipped. The ammo is a discontinued load with only 5 boxes left but they saved the order while compliance was in process. It all worked very smoothly! Great customer service!

Somehow UPS repackaged my shipment with a bottle of wine instead of the ammo I ordered. Betty at Ammo.com immediately got involved and is making sure I get what I originally ordered.
