Terrible customer service and a convoluted process for purchasing ammunition. I provided all the necessary information for my order, but I was misled about the entire procedure. I had to make multiple calls to resolve an issue, only to be informed that I needed to cancel my order after they had already charged my account on the same day. When problems arise on their end, they shift the blame onto the customer. They even went so far as to blame my state, inaccurately labeling it as a liberal area, when in reality, we are quite supportive of gun rights.

Sold Green Tip and I can't shoot these. Nowhere in the description does it same Green Tip. $540 down the drain. Immediatly called and they said no refunds, returns or exchanges on Ammo. IT DOES NOT SAY THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE. In fact says if ammo is damaged they will exchange it. AmmoSeek.com was cheaper. I bought 1,000 rounds of .45 ACP last time and had no issues.

I mistakenly ordered 840 rounds of 7.62 by 39 instead of the 7.62 by 51 which I intended. I called the company on how to return the order. He stated that they don't do returns only exchanges. When I told him what I needed to exchange for the rounds that I needed, he said that they would NOT exchange these rounds! I was stuck with them! ($500 of junk unless I spend $1,600 on a rifle to use them) So much for the exchange policy! I will NEVER do business with this company again. I've also warned all of my gun enthusiast friends as well and told them to pass it along... BUYER BEWARE!

We ordered online, and when our order came in they sent us the wrong ammo, when we called them they refused to send us the right ammo said we are stuck with what they sent. Don't buy and get screwed like we did
