DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE RIDDLED WITH LEGAL LOOPHOLES. I'm a regular dude that works hard for his money and they're smooth trying to rip me off. At first they were apologizing for not putting my order in the mail, claiming they were running late, then after I cancelled and relied on their money back guarantee within 3-5 business days they told me after I pursued them that they under no circumstances would refund my money because they switched banking practices. BOOGUS CALCULATED MANIPULATIONS and they are counting on people to just turn away and accept their losses. DESPICABLE, SCUMMY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Headline: Refusing Cash Refunds Due to Internal Processor Issues—Forcing Store CreditAmino Club refuses to refund actual currency for unfulfilled or problematic orders placed during their "April 20th–27th lockdown window." Customer support explicitly confirmed they have locked down this period and claim they lack access to alternative refund mechanisms (like checks or wires), forcing customers into store credit.Operating in a regulatory gray area by labeling products for "research use only," they are utilizing third-party processor issues as a legal shield to retain consumer capital. If you purchased during this timeframe, do not wait for their support team to resolve it. File an immediate chargeback with your bank for "services/merchandise not received" before your statutory banking deadlines expire. HERE'S AN ONE OF SEVERAL EMAILS THEY SENT ME Matthew, We understand your position and we've documented your concerns about needing a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for orders placed between April 20th-27th through any method — not via check, wire transfer, or any other alternative payment method. Our previous payment processor has completely locked down that period and we don't have access to alternative refund mechanisms for those transactions. The store credit option was the only remedy we're able to offer. We respect your decision to pursue other options if the store credit doesn't work for you. Thanks, Amino Club Support YOU ALSO STATED YOU ADVISED ME TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND PERSUE RETRIEVING THE MONEY YOU OWE ME THROUGH MY BANK. YOU NEVER ADVISED ME OF ANYTHING! HERE'S THE EMAIL I SENT YOU STATING WHAT I WOULD DO IF YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME WHAT YOU OWED ME. Amino Club Subject: Re: Order Refund Request - Urgent Dear Amino Club Support, I do not accept store credit. Your internal banking and payment processor transitions are operational issues that do not absolve you of your legal obligation to refund my money. Per FTC regulations, consumers are entitled to a full refund to their original payment method when an order cannot be fulfilled. If your system cannot process the refund automatically, you must issue the $133.88 via an alternative direct method, such as a paper check, PayPal, or a direct bank wire. If you do not initiate a manual refund of $133.88 within 24 hours, I will immediately forward this email chain to my bank to initiate a chargeback for services not rendered. I will also file formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and your state’s Attorney General. I expect confirmation of my manual cash refund by tomorrow. Sincerely, You obviously have enough money to continue running your business and just so happen to have my money that I sent you but you can't send me the money you owe me back because you don't have access to $133.00 . THAT'S A BOGUS LIE! You are reliant on systemic legalism to be in your favor.

Hey Matthew, We understand you're frustrated, and we're sorry this situation happened at all. But let's be clear about what actually went down. Your order fell within a window where our previous payment processor locked us out of issuing refunds. That's not a "legal loophole" or a scheme. That's a third party we no longer work with blocking access to transactions from that period. We didn't choose this and we're not trying to keep your money. We offered you store credit as a workaround. You declined. Totally your call. We then told you to file a chargeback with your bank and said we would not contest it. That's how you get your $133.88 back. We said that clearly in the email you posted. So to be direct: file the chargeback and you'll get your money back. We're not fighting it. That's always been the answer. We're a small team that got hit with a bad processor situation. We've since switched banks and processors so this doesn't happen to anyone else. We're not perfect, but we're not scammers either. If you file the chargeback, you'll get your refund. That's the path forward. — Amino Club
