Amino ClubReviews of aminoclub.com

Amazing customer service. FedEx lost my package and customer services was able to respond quickly and get my situation handled.

Great products and exceptional customer service. I’ve been using their products and had to reach out to customer service regarding a small matter. I received a reply back immediately and my issue was taken care of right away. Looking forward to future orders with amino club!!!!

I found what I needed and the price was right. The product was shipped quickly out... and arrived timely and in great condition. However - there were 4 vials missing in the total count. In less than a minute, I completed a ticket submission only to get a near instantaneous response minutes later that the replacement vials were now shipped and enroute. I've got too many other things to do - and Amino Club made it easy peazie!

The ordering experience was fast and easy. Great discounts. Looking forward to continuing placing orders!!!

Great customer service and very trusted source

My original order of TB-500 (3x) never showed up — FedEx tracking said it was delivered, but my Ring camera showed no one ever came to my door, and it turned out to have been signed for by someone who doesn't live at my address. I reached out to Amino Club support expecting the usual back-and-forth, but they looked into it right away and had a replacement order shipped out with no hassle at all. The replacement arrived quickly, and when the original package was eventually tracked down and delivered late, support told me to just keep it rather than deal with a return shipment — a nice, low-friction touch that saved me time. Overall, really impressed with how responsive and easy the team was to work with. It's reassuring to know that if something goes wrong with shipping, Amino Club actually takes care of it. Will definitely keep ordering from them.

I've purchased from a few research vendors, but I really like Amino Club. I love the site, it's really pretty actually. They ship really fast, and this time everything came in really nice boxes (I ordered a lot). This is only my second order but I think they're my new favorite vendor.

my order didn’t arrive, and i sent the replacement request. got back to me in 5 minutes and replaced the order. customer service top notch.
