My Amigo phone worked out great! It was delivered on time and was working when I landed. The return was simple as well. Would highly recommend,

Easy to arrange (all done b e-mail); easy to pick-up.

The blackberry met all my expectations on trip to Israel.

Others had Verizon and T-mobile and were unable to stay in contact by texting and phone with their loved ones. My Amigo phone allowed me daily contact by texting and phone to my loved ones.

The phone service was generally fine although the sound could have been better. Ideally, per the pricing, I would have preferred international texting to be free. All in all I was quite pleased and would probably use Amigas again.

In general the card was fine - but this has happened before and it is frustrating....When I put the sim card in my phone - I always have to contact customer service because something hasn't been turned on for me to connect to the data package. I lose 1/2 a day before I can connect. Frustrating! Once the problem is fixed I did not have any issues.

The service was great. But my flight was delayed until the next day 5:00 am flight (the day after I expected to leave and had paid for the phone) and when I woke up to leave after midnight I had no service which was very disconcerting and the last thing I needed after the aggravation of a delayed flight. Amigo should still work, and bill me the extra day after.

I am very technically challenged-but the instructions with the phone were excellent and I was able to use the phone easily the whole time I was in Israel. I would definitely use you again.
